お支払い方法及びお支払い時期 / Payment Methods and Payment Timing

ご利用のカード会社の締め日・引き落とし日に準じます。

Payment timing is subject to your card issuer’s billing cycle.

2.コンビニエンスストア支払い / Convenience Store Payment

◆初回のお支払い
Webお申込みフォームから下記コンビニエンスストアを選択して、各店舗内にて所定の手続きを行いお支払いいただけます。
初回お申込み時の支払期限：お申込み日から4日目の23:59まで（お申込みはキャンセルとなります）

Initial Payment
Please select a convenience store on the online application form and complete payment at the selected store.
Payment Deadline:
11:59 PM on the 4th day after the application date.
Applications will be automatically canceled if payment is not completed by the deadline.

◆毎月の利用料金のお支払い
ご利用料金は、毎月8日に確定し、ご契約時に登録されたメールアドレス宛に「ご利用料金確定のお知らせ」を送信いたします。
コンビニ決済をご利用のお客様は、マイページへログインのうえ、ご請求内容をご確認いただき、「支払う」ボタンからご利用されるコンビニエンスストアを選択し、お支払い手続きを行ってください。
お支払い期限は、ご利用料金確定のお知らせ日（毎月8日）から当月末日までとなります。
期限までにお支払いが確認できない場合は、延滞事務手数料330円（税込）を加算し、翌月分のご利用料金と合算のうえ再請求いたします。
※未払いの状態が継続した場合は、利用停止等の措置を行う場合があります。詳細は利用規約および重要事項説明をご確認ください。

Monthly Payment
Your monthly charges will be finalized on the 8th of each month, and a billing notification will be sent to your registered email address.
Customers using convenience store payment should log in to My Page, review the invoice, select a convenience store, and complete payment.
Payment Deadline:
From the 8th of each month until the last day of the same month.
If payment is not received by the deadline, a late payment administrative fee of JPY 330 (tax included) will be added and billed together with the following month's charges.
Continued non-payment may result in suspension of service.

3.各種QRコードでのお支払い / QR Code Payment

当社が対応するQRコード決済サービスによりお支払いいただけます。
対応ブランドおよび利用条件は、申込画面に表示される内容に準じます。

Customers may pay using supported QR code payment services.
Available brands and conditions are displayed on the application page.

商品の引き渡し時期・方法 / Delivery Timing and Method

1.登録支援機関等を通じた対面引渡し（原則）
In-Person Delivery Through Registered Support Organizations (Standard Method)

◆SIMカードは、初回決済の完了および本人確認（eKYC）の承認後、登録支援機関等を通じて対面にてお渡しいたします。
After the initial payment and eKYC verification are completed, the SIM card will be handed over in person through a Registered Support Organization or other designated partner.

SIMカードのご利用には、弊社による開通処理（アクティベーション）が必要です。
Activation is required before the SIM card can be used.

SIMカードをお受け取り後、以下の内容を記載のうえ、サポート窓口まで開通依頼をお願いいたします。
開通依頼を確認後、当社営業時間内（平日10:00～17:00）に順次開通処理（アクティベーション）を実施いたします。
開通処理完了後より、本サービスをご利用いただけます。

◆開通処理（アクティベーション）について / SIM Activation

開通処理は、平日10:00～17:00の間に順次実施いたします。
なお、土曜日・日曜日・祝日および営業時間外にご依頼いただいた場合は、翌営業日以降の対応となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
※開通処理完了後からSIMサービスをご利用いただけます。

After receiving your activation request, activation will be processed during business hours (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on weekdays).
Requests submitted outside business hours, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

返品・契約の解除について

1.返品・交換について / Returns and Exchanges

原則としてご購入後のお客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
ただし、SIMカードの初期不良（破損・動作不良等）が確認された場合は、速やかに交換等の対応をいたします。
なお、通信サービスの性質上、開通後の返金はお受けできません。

Returns or exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted.
However, defective SIM cards may be replaced.
Due to the nature of telecommunications services, refunds are not available after activation.

2.通信契約の解除（初期契約解除制度） / Cooling-Off Cancellation Right

本サービスは、電気通信事業法に定める「初期契約解除制度」の対象です。
契約書面を受領した日、または本サービスの提供が開始された日のいずれか遅い日から起算して8日を経過するまでの間であれば、書面または当社が指定する方法により契約を解除することができます。
※本制度の適用条件や申請方法の詳細は、「重要事項説明書」を必ずご確認ください。

This service is subject to the Initial Contract Cancellation System under the Telecommunications Business Act of Japan.
You may cancel your contract within 8 days from the later of:
the date you receive the contract documents, or
the service start date.
